His philosophy of ministry and leadership is grounded in intentional service, accountability, faithful stewardship, and the development of others. He firmly believes that lasting impact is measured not merely by titles or positions, but by lives transformed, institutions strengthened, and assignments faithfully fulfilled.
Above all, Michael considers his family among God's greatest blessings. He is joyfully married to the love of his life, Pastor Gabrielle Glaudin-Davis, with whom he shares a meaningful partnership in both life and ministry. Together, they are the proud parents of their talented daughter, Noa Marie.
